OPITO Major Emergency Management – Initial Response (MEMIR)
This program develops the competencies required to assume command and control roles during major emergencies. It focuses on situational awareness, communication, coordination, and leadership under pressure through realistic emergency scenarios and command simulations in accordance with OPITO standards.
