Barış Gemalmaz is an HSE, Fire Safety, Emergency & Crisis Management professional with 25 years of progressive experience in high‑risk industries. He holds a Mining Engineering degree from Middle East Technical University and he is certified in NEBOSH Process Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, and Fire Safety, and also holds the British Safety Council International Diploma in Safety Management. His qualifications include NFPA Fire Inspector I and NFPA Firefighter I & II, along with interior and exterior industrial firefighting credentials and additional specialist emergency response training.

Betul Kote is a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) professional with 13+ years of experience across construction, pipeline, power, oil & gas, and refinery projects.
She has a proven track record of building high-performing, zero-incident safety cultures and ensuring compliance with Alberta OHS, ISO 45001, and COR requirements. Her expertise spans EHS program implementation, risk and hazard assessment, and the review and continuous improvement of safety policies, procedures, and document control systems. She also brings strong hands-on capability in Permit-to-Work coordination and contractor management. In addition, she supports emergency response planning and has led large-scale ERP drills to strengthen site readiness and coordination. She is highly skilled in incident investigation and root-cause analysis, and in managing incident and near-miss reporting systems to drive timely, effective corrective actions.
Her toolset includes SynergiLife, Quest, Gensuite, and QDMS, as well as training and induction platforms. She has held senior HSE roles on major EPC and energy projects, including SOCAR STAR Refinery, Schlumberger (Sakarya Gas Field), GE Power, and Petrofac.
